Villa Julia - Prices & Availability
Guests have been stayed at Villa Julia on a B&B basis for many happy years (it was featured in the "Small Hotels of Turkey" Book and in Alisdair Sawday's "Special Places to Stay in Turkey" book) but now we are letting the Villa for the exclusive use of groups (self catering with the option of a maid to clean, do the laundry, and generally help) at the prices listed below

Maid service (essential for a real holiday) £150 per week payable locally in cash. This covers cleaning products, early morning cleaning of the beach, pool and garden, and then washing up, laundry, room cleaning,and generally helping, and keeping sand and petals out of the house, pool, etc.
Damage Deposit: £300 or the equivalent in another currency paid in cash on arrival and returned less any damages at the end of the rental.
